1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing hoorainorganics.com or placing an order with Hoorain Organics, you agree to these Terms of Use. Hoorain Organics is an organic beauty brand operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Products & Guarantee

Every product sold by Hoorain Organics — including our 25 Essential Herbs Hair Growth Oil, Vitamin C Serum, Scalp Nourishing Oil, Hydrogel Eye Patches, and Organic Argan Lip Balm — is:

• Reviewed under our clean ingredient standard.
• Free from alcohol (ethanol, SD alcohol, denatured alcohol) in all forms.
• Free from parabens, sulphates, and animal derivatives.
• Cruelty-free — never tested on animals.

Product descriptions and ingredient lists are provided in good faith based on supplier certifications and internal verification. Use our free Ingredient Checker to review any ingredient list yourself.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders are honoured at the price at time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
• Promotional codes (e.g. HOORAIN20, RAMADAN15) are subject to their specific terms and expiry dates.
• Product images are representative; slight variations in packaging or colour may occur between batches.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods for UAE orders:

• Card payment — Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay via Stripe (secure, encrypted checkout).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across all seven UAE Emirates with no additional fee.
• Buy Now Pay Later — Tabby and Tamara instalments (coming soon for orders above PKR 7,500).

Payment must be completed (or COD confirmed) before dispatch. Failed card payments will result in order cancellation after 24 hours.

5. Shipping & Delivery — UAE

We offer free shipping on all orders across every UAE emirate:

• Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman — typically 1–2 business days
• Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, RAK, UAQ, Al Ain — typically 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, Ramadan, or Eid periods. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your provided address. Track your order at our Track My Order page.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective or incorrectly dispatched.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence via WhatsApp or email.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

7. Product Use & Disclaimer

Our halal beauty products are cosmetics and hair care treatments, not medicines. We make no medical claims.

• Perform a patch test before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a dermatologist if needed.
• Results from hair growth oils and skincare serums vary by individual; consistent use over 4–6 weeks is recommended.
• Store products away from direct sunlight and extreme heat — important in UAE climate.
• Pregnant or nursing women should consult their doctor before using active ingredients like Vitamin C.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on hoorainorganics.com — including the Hoorain Organics name, logo, product photography, blog articles, Ingredient Checker, and brand story — is owned by Hoorain Organics and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content commercially without written permission.

9. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Hoorain Organics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under UAE Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 on Consumer Protection.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. We encourage resolving disputes amicably by contacting us first — we're a small family brand and we care about every customer.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
