Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

Hoorain Organics ships nationwide across Pakistan from our office at Muhalla Zaheer Abad colony, Chunian, Pakistan. We currently focus on domestic Pakistan orders. If you need international delivery, contact us before placing your order.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders within Pakistan unless a promotion or checkout note states otherwise.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation (or COD confirmation where available).

• Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta) — typically 2–4 business days
• Other cities & towns (including Chunian and nearby areas) — typically 3–6 business days
• Remote / hard-to-reach areas — may take up to 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, Ramadan, Eid, monsoon weather, or courier disruptions. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email, SMS, or WhatsApp when available. You can also check status on our Track My Order page using your order number.

5. Failed Delivery & Address Issues

• Please ensure your phone number and complete address (including city and landmarks) are correct at checkout.
• If a courier cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-shipping may require a new arrangement.
• Contact us promptly if you need to update your address before dispatch.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages
