1. Return Window

• Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the item is defective or we dispatched the wrong product.
• Sale / clearance items follow the same rules unless the product page states otherwise.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A short description of the issue

3. How to Start a Return

1. Message or email us with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for return approval and shipping instructions from our team.
3. Ship the unused product in its original packaging to the address we provide (or arrange pickup if offered).
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible (PayFast card/wallet, JazzCash, bank transfer).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or store credit — whichever you prefer and we can verify.
• Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item (or after we approve a damaged-goods claim).
• Bank and wallet timelines may add a few extra days depending on your provider.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

• Products opened or used (except defective / wrong item cases above)
• Products returned after the 14-day window without prior approval
• Products not purchased from hoorainorganics.com
• Gift cards or promotional free gifts (unless the paid order qualifies for return)
